Purchasing InventoryMagic online is easy and safe. Like most online software purchases, it involves 6 steps:

  1. Delivery Method Selection (you select electronic download vs mailed CD)
  2. Customer Information (we need to know who you are so we can register your InventoryMagic purchase)
  3. Review Order (so you can review what you have typed and selected)
  4. Payment Type Selection & Information (credit card vs PayPal account)
  5. Payment Review (review payment information before submitting)
  6. Payment Confirmation and Software Download (so you can download your copy of InventoryMagic)

If you are not familiar with online purchasing, here are the six screens that you will go through when purchasing InventoryMagic:


1. DELIVERY METHOD SELECTION SCREEN

You have two delivery options for your copy of InventoryMagic: (1) Electronic Download; or (2) Receive a CD. These options are highlighted in the area outlined in red below.

NOTE: If you select the CD delivery option, you will be able to download a copy in addition to receiving a CD in the mail.

Once you have selected your delivery method for your copy of InventoryMagic, click the "Continue to Online Payment" button as noted above.


2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION SCREEN

Next you will be asked to provide information that identifies you so that we can register a copy of InventoryMagic to you.

If you are purchasing InventoryMagic in electronic format (with no CD to be mailed to you), your Customer Information screen will look like this (if you select the CD option for delivery, your screen will be slightly longer, as it will include a 'Ship To' address so that we can mail your CD to you):

To continue to the Review Order screen, click the continue button as shown above.


3. REVIEW ORDER SCREEN

This screen allows you to review your delivery and customer information before beginning the payment process.

If you find any errors that you've made while filling out your Delivery or Customer information, you can revise them by clicking on the "Revise" links, as highlighted by red arrows below.

Once you review and confirm accuracy on this screen, click on the "Continue to Payment Information Screen" on the bottom left as shown in the red box above.


4. PAYMENT TYPE SELECTION & INFORMATION SCREEN

You can pay online in either of two ways: by credit card (in which case you will be asked to enter your credit card information); or by PayPal account. This is handled on a secure payment server.

In the sample below, we have chosen to pay by credit card.

This is your first step to paying online...you will have an option to review-and-confirm before your payment in submitted after you click the "Review Order and Continue" button on this screen.

5. PAYMENT REVIEW SCREEN

This is the final screen before your credit card (or PayPal acccount) will be charged. Review the information one last time for accuracy and then click the "Pay Now" button as highlighted in red below.

If you detect an error in your order on this Order Review page, simply click the link on the lower left of the screen to cancel your payment and start again).


6. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD

This screen confirms your purchase, and provides the link to download your copy of InventoryMagic.

That InventoryMagic download link is highlighted in red below.

Finally, if you want a printer-ready copy of your receipt, click the "View Printable Receipt" link on this Order Confirmation screen.
