InventoryMagic is priced at a very affordable $99, and can be purchased in any one of the three methods listed below.

In order to keep our pricing at the $99 level, we email the link for the InventoryMagic files to you so that you can download them. If you prefer us to mail you a CD instead of your downloading these files, there is an additional $4.50 charge for this service ($9.50 for international destinations, including Canada).

Once we receive confirmation of your purchase, we will email InventoryMagic to you along with a ReadMe file that provides detailed instructions and suggestions on how to use InventoryMagic most effectively.

As noted throughout this website, you must have Microsoft Excel installed on any computer that runs an ExcelMagic product.

CREDIT CARD

You have two options if you choose to pay for InventoryMagic via credit card:

1. PayPal Credit Card Payment:

We are happy to take credit card payment via PayPal.

Simply log onto the PayPal website (www.paypal.com). If you are an existing PayPal member, you can log in with your usual account name and password and go to the 'Send Money' tab at the top of the screen.

There are three simple steps to complete the transaction. You will need to:

(A) Identify the account to which you want to send payment in the 'Recipient's Email' field....to our PayPal account: excel.magic@rwsinfo.com

(B) Enter the dollar amount in the 'Amount' field ($99...or $103.50 if you are asking us to mail a CD to you in the US; $108.50 if you are asking us to mail a CD to you outside the US)

(C) Identify the type of goods in the 'Category' field (Goods-Other)

We also recommend that you enter the words "InventoryMagic" in the 'Subject' field, as well as any pertinent notes in the 'Notes' field (for example, if you want us to email your copy of InventoryMagic to a different email address than your PayPal account lists; or if you want to give us your mailing address (if you are choosing the CD option at $103.50). Then click the 'Continue' button, and finalize the transaction by clicking the 'Send Money' button on that final screen.

If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you can easily set one up at no charge. Log onto the PayPal website (www.paypal.com), and then click on the 'Sign Up' option. Once you have created a PayPal account, simply follow the instructions outlined in points A, B and C listed earlier in this section.

We check our PayPal notifications twice daily, so the instructions to download the InventoryMagic files will be emailed to you less than 24 hours after your payment confirmation reaches us. This will be sent to the email address listed on the PayPal payment confirmation that we receive.

2. Direct Credit Card Payment:

We are happy to take direct credit card payment. Since we are required to have a signature authorizing the charge to your credit card in order to accept direct payment by credit card, there is a Credit Card Authorization Form that you can download by clicking here. Simply fill out the required fields, and fax this form to us at (949) 334-1599. The credit card will be charged within 24 hours of our receiving your completed fax, and the instructions to download the InventoryMagic files will be emailed to you shortly thereafter. This will be sent to the email address listed on the Credit Card Authorization Form that we receive.

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

If you prefer this option, please make your check out to RWS Information Systems and send your check for $99 (or $103.50 if you are asking us to mail a CD to you in the US; $108.50 if you are asking us to mail a CD to you outside the US) as well as your email address to:

PURCHASE ORDER

We accept purchase orders from qualifying organizations. The PO must include our company name (RWS Information Systems) and our terms (which are 'Payment Due Upon Receipt of Invoice') as well as the price of $99 (or $103.50 if you are asking us to mail a CD to you in the US; $108.50 if you are asking us to mail a CD to you outside the US). The PO must also include your email address.

InventoryMagic License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and RWS Information Systems. By using the InventoryMagic Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

GRANT OF LICENSE:
InventoryMagic is licensed to keep one inventory for one location on one computer. You may move your InventoryMagic file between two personal computers in order to work more productively (for example, from your office workstation to your laptop so that you can work on it at home).

If you want to keep multiple separate inventories in one location, you will need an InventoryMagic Software Site License (for example, if you want to keep your food supplies in a different inventory file than your paper supplies or your office supplies). Please contact us for Site License pricing.

In a multi-location environment--where you need to keep a separate inventory for each different location--you will need to purchase a copy of InventoryMagic for the inventory of each location. (for example, a copy for your Chicago location, a copy for your Minneapolis location, and a copy for your Boston location).

COPY RESTRICTIONS/OWNERSHIOP OF SOFTWARE:
You own the media on which the program is recorded; RWS Information Systems retains title to the InventoryMagic Software including copies, regardless of form or media, and to all copyrights therein. The Software and accompanying written materials are copyrighted.

You may make a copy for backup or archival purposes. If you are upgrading from a previous InventoryMagic product, you may use or transfer InventoryMagic only in conjunction with that upgraded product.

You may not sell, rent, lease, give away or distribute InventoryMagic in any way, nor share it with any other person or entity without the express written agreement of RWS Information Systems.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:
This Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantabiliity and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. RWS Information Systems does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error free or that program defects will be corrected.

In no event will RWS Information Systems be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages (including damage for loss of business profits, information, or use) even if RWS Information Systems has been advised of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of implied warranties or limitation of liability damages, so that above limitatation may not apply to you.
